• Bachelor Meet & Greet: Monday, October 12th, 2026, from 18:30
  Jakob-Welder-Weg 9, Bio-Wiese next to the ReWi
  Note from the student representatives: A relaxed get-together and informal opportunity to get to know each other, following the introductory event organized by the Student Office. Weather permitting, the event will take place on the Bio-Wiese, with drinks, music, and games.
• Master Campus Tour: Tuesday, October 13th, 2026, from 12:15
  Meeting point: Johann-Joachim-Becher-Weg 3–5, 0-151 AudiMax (Alte Mensa)
  Note from the student representatives: At 12:30, we will head to the food hall, followed by a campus tour with various stops and games designed to help you get to know your fellow students. A selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be available.
• Bachelor Campus Tour: Thursday, October 15th, 2026, from 10:30
  Meeting point: at the temporary tent (RW 1 replacement), next to the Muschel, Johann-Joachim-Becher-Weg 23

• Pub Crawl for Everyone: Friday, October 16th, 2026, 18:00–22:00 (open end)
  Meeting point: Schillerplatz (ending at 10:00 in front of Off)
  Note from the student representatives: The meeting point is Schillerplatz, where we will split into small groups and head out to explore the pub scene in Mainz city center.

Introduction to JOGU-StINe

JOGU-StINe is JGU’s central online portal for organizing the students’ course of studies, teaching staff, study offices and administration. As every semester, the Ersti-AG will once again be offering the popular Ersti-Tage (new student days) for the upcoming term. This is a great opportunity to make initial contact with fellow students and gain insight into university life. Take the opportunity to ask the open-minded tutors of the Ersti-AG about anything that you’re curious about and make new friends.
